Fitzgerald Marine Reserve Master Plan Final Report, 154pp INTRODUCTION (partial) This report is organized in two parts. The first part is a description of the proposed Master Plan for the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve and it contains goals, policies and actions to accomplish the Master Plan. The term "Reserve" as it is used in this Master Plan refers both to the area known as the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve and the newly acquired Pillar Point Marsh. The second part of the report contains detailed descriptions of existing environmental and physical conditions within the study area. The reader is encouraged to use Part Two as a reference and resource to supplement the more general information provided on the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve and Pillar Point Marsh in Part One. |
