  New Brighton State Beach  

Adjacent to Seacliff Beach, New Brighton also enjoys good weather and is popular with visitors. The facilities include day use parking, wheelchair accessible restrooms, interpretative nature trails, beach access, and a pleasant campground on the bluffs above the ocean. Monarch butterflies can also be found overwintering in the park.

Directions:

  • The beach is off Hwy. 1 just south of the Park Avenue Exit in Capitola.
